Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital (LSSH) announced today their impending partnership with National Surgical Hospitals (NSH), an owner, operator and developer of surgical hospitals and surgery centers in partnership with local physicians. NSH will purchase a majority interest in LSSH, increasing to 15 the number of surgical hospitals owned and operated by the Company nationwide.
