David S. Muldowny, M.D.

A native of Knoxville, TN, Dr. Muldowny is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, was awarded his MD from Baylor College of Medicine and pursued post graduate studies at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Spine Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and the Acadiana Orthopaedic Association. Dr. Muldowny is one of Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital's Physician Owners.
